Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
U.S. Domestic Shipping:
• Standard: 3–7 business days
• Express: 1–3 business days (option available at checkout)
International Shipping:
• Standard: 7–21 business days
• Express: 3–7 business days (available in select countries)
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, subscribe to our email list or follow @ProudDadOfficial to stay updated.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
If you notice an error, contact us at orders@prouddadofficial.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
After that window, if the item has already shipped, we are not able to reroute, cancel, or refund the order.
Proud Dad is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
If you haven’t received one within 5 business days, contact us at orders@prouddadofficial.com with your order number.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, Proud Dad is not responsible for delays, theft, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.
If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly.
