At Proud Dad, every product we release is made with care, intention, and pride, just like the fathers we honor. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds on any purchases. All products are made in limited quantities to maintain the exclusivity and meaning behind each item.

We ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase  including the correct product, size, color, and shipping details.

Exchanges & Exceptions

We do not offer exchanges unless:
    •    You received the wrong item, or
    •    You received the wrong size (different from what you ordered)

If this happens, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package at

Include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos of the incorrect item.

We will make it right.

Additional Notes
    •    We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once your package is in the hands of the carrier.
    •    We encourage customers to double-check all order details at checkout.
    •    By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
